'Crust & Charms Pizzeria originated from a dream to bring genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Moretti family established our pizzeria in 1985, starting off as a modest family enterprise with generational recipes.
Sofia Moretti, our progenitor, mastered pizza crafting during her Italian sojourns, training with Naples' pizza gurus—the hometown of pizza. After her UK return, her mission was to reproduce Italian pizza's enchantment, sticking to age-old practices and premium ingredients.
Our journey started with a humble 12-seater eatery and has flourished into a cherished neighborhood fixture. Despite our growth, our dedication to excellence and genuineness stands firm. We insist on traditional wood-fired ovens, make our dough from scratch daily, and use only the top-tier ingredients.
Family-operated 'Crust & Charms Pizzeria' is now steered by the Moretti's second generation, upholding the passionate team's spirit. While modern touches have been adopted, our essence endures: forging delectable, true pizza to unite folks.
